lacking parkingearly housekeeping

The lack of on-site parking was really frustrating. I wasted over half an hour searching for a spot! The parking garage underneath doesn't belong to the hotel, so spaces aren't guaranteed. the housekeeping barged in at 9 AM despite our 'do not disturb' sign. It was a shock to have them walk in when someone was using the restroom!

the location offered excellent access to public transportation options. tram stops were nearby allowing easy travel to various destinations. the breakfast buffet was quite extensive and included many choices.

The gym had limited equipment. It was small and might not accommodate many guests at once

the room had a good sofabed. it worked well for a child. the technopark tram station is close by. the hardbrucke station is also nearby.

the restaurant did not have much choice.

a pleasant stay

vast spreadhelpful staff

the breakfast buffet was excellent with a vast spread suitable for everyone. i also appreciated the location for the letizgrad stadium. the staff were helpful when i asked about getting around the city, which i found valuable. the hotel looked after my bags securely, so i could have a last look around.
